About
Blends vary depending on the maker, but usually a paste made of truffle, mushrooms, olives and seasonings.
Uses
The aroma and taste of truffle bring mushrooms to the next level. It can be used as a pate and spread on bread or toast. It can be brushed over meats or vegetables after cooking. It is great tossed with steamed potatoes. I like to make mushroom sauce, and add with truffle mustard at the end so as to not cook out the truffle flavour and aroma.

Availability
Farm Gate or online. They are also available at gourmet grocers, but make sure they only contain truffles and do not contain truffle flavour, aroma, or essence (refer to Truffle Mustard).
