Truffle Vinaigrette for Oysters

Ingredients

1 tsp truffle honey

1 tsp rice wine Vinegar

1 tsp truffle mustard

Preparation

Spoon honey into a small bowl and add the vinegar.  Mix until combined.  Add the mustard and mix.

 

Apply a few drops to a fresh oyster and enjoy.

 

It can also be used as a salad dressing or drizzled over boiled or steamed potatoes.

Notes

You can use standard honey and mustard, but it will lack the earthy tone of the truffle product.
